IDEAL FOR A RETIRED PERSON!

My name is Curly Sue and I am a CUTIE PIE!  I am much cuter than in my pictures and I am going to get groomed soon. I am an eight year old Toy Poodle mix who is looking for a great home.  I may be eight but I am in good health and still get around just fine.  I love to go for walks and ride in the car.  I am good with kids and other dogs, too.  The rescue people say I won't be with them for long because someone is gonna want me soon.  You can meet me at Wal Mart on July 28th from 11 - 2 or you can fill out an application for me at http://www.rockbridgedogrescue.org/Adoption-Application.html.  I hope to hear from you soon because I am ready to go home!

Our application process is pretty easy. All other pets in you home should be spayed and neutered and must be up to date on vaccinations and other medical care. We highly recommend some kind of fencing for your dog's safety, but we will certainly consider a home without one so long as the dog gets plenty of exercise and doesn't run loose. We will check your vet reference and if everything looks good at that point we will bring her to your house for a visit to see how she gets along with your family, other pets, etc... RDR will not adopt Curly Sue to a home where she will live or sleep outside any time of the year, or will be used as a hunting dog, a guard dog, or for any purpose other than as a family pet and companion. Curly Sue's adoption fee is $125, to help offset some of the expenses of caring for her and our other great dogs. Thank you for supporting animal rescue!
