If you have visited us during a Story Time at the Rockbridge Regional Library or the Buena Vista Public LIbrary, you have met Red! Red is nine years old and is certified by Cornell University as a Social Therapy Dog.  We are so lucky to have Red and Maria, his Mom, as RDR volunteers!

We would also like to take a moment to honor Blue, who helped us before Red.  Blue was a kind and gentle soul who brightened the days of thousands of children in his lifetime.  Blue passed away in 2013.  Thank you Blue, for all you did for RDR and so many others...
